The Ordering Process
Every memorial keepsake begins with a story, and we're here to make preserving yours as simple and reassuring as possible.
From choosing your perfect piece to sending your precious inclusions, each step is handled with care. All orders are placed directly through our website, with your keepsake individually handcrafted to honour the memories you hold dear.
1. Choose your keepsake
Explore our collection of memorial jewellery and keepsakes, selecting the design that feels right for you.
Choose your preferred colours, finishes and personalisation options before placing your order securely through our website.
Receive your inclusion kit
Once your order has been placed, we'll send you an inclusion kit containing everything you need to safely prepare and return your precious materials.
Your kit will include clear instructions to guide you through the process.
3. Sending your inclusions and clothing
Carefully package your chosen inclusions using the materials provided and return them to us following the enclosed instructions. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed detailing the next steps, and providing our posting address if you are sending your clothing or inclusions direct. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.
We accept a variety of meaningful inclusions, including cremation ashes, hair, pet fur, whiskers and dried flowers.
4. Production Timeline
Your production timeframe begins only once all required inclusions or materials have safely arrived with Coastal Memorials™.
Standard turnaround time is:
6 to 8 weeks from the date inclusions arrive
Delays in sending inclusions will delay the production start date.
5. Your finished order is on it's way
Once your keepsake is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a fully tracked and insured delivery service. A tracking number will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout.
Your finished piece will arrive ready to treasure, keeping those precious memories close for years to come.
