Yes. Orders may be managed through your funeral director or directly with Coastal Memorials™.
The appropriate route will be confirmed during consultation, and pricing and communication will follow that agreed route.
Full payment is required before any materials are ordered or production begins.
An invoice showing the final total will be issued once the order details are confirmed.
Inclusions should only be sent once payment has been completed and sending instructions have been provided.
This ensures all materials can be logged and handled safely on arrival.
Production begins only once all required inclusions or materials have safely arrived with Coastal Memorials™.
The standard turnaround time is 6–8 weeks from this date.
Funeral directors (and customers where appropriate) receive structured updates at key stages, including:
inclusions safely received
jewellery components awaited (if applicable)
item in production
quality check stage
dispatch confirmation
Production cannot begin until inclusions arrive.
Delays in sending materials will therefore delay the production start date. There is, however, no set date between which inclusions must be sent.
