3.1 Orders & Payment
Orders must be placed through the official Coastal Memorials™ ordering system or via an authorised partner order process.
Full payment is required before any materials are ordered, kits are dispatched, or work begins.
All prices are listed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
No production timeline begins until payment has been received in full and required inclusions have arrived safely.
3.2 Personalised & Inclusion Orders
All keepsakes are individually created using personal inclusions and supplied information.
Once materials have been ordered, kits dispatched, or production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The customer or partner placing the order is responsible for:

ensuring all spellings, dates, and personalisation details are correct

ensuring inclusions are packaged and labelled correctly

sending inclusions within the stated timeframe
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by missing information or late submission of inclusions.
3.3 Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and do not form part of the contractual agreement.
Coastal Memorials™ is not liable for delivery delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs procedures, weather disruption, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
3.4 Returns, Faults & Remakes
Due to the personalised nature of keepsakes and the handling of sensitive inclusions, returns are not accepted unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.
Any fault must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
If a return is authorised:

the item must be returned in its original condition

return instructions must be followed exactly

unauthorised returns cannot be processed
Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, Coastal Memorials™ will repair or remake the item at its discretion.
