Following your order, we will dispatch a secure collection kit containing everything required to safely package and return your loved one's ashes, hair or other precious inclusions.

3. Return Your Materials

Using the instructions provided, carefully package your inclusions and return them to our workshop. Once received, your order will enter our production schedule and your estimated 6–8 week turnaround period will begin.

4. Creating Your Keepsake

Your chosen piece will be individually handcrafted with precision, care and exceptional attention to detail. Every inclusion is treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the creation process.

5. Secure Delivery

Once completed, your memorial keepsake will be carefully packaged and dispatched within the estimated turnaround period, using a fully tracked and insured UK delivery service for your peace of mind.
